Iyengar Yoga in Longworth
Longworth sports two Iyengar classes per week held in the Village Hall.

The sessions take place term time on Mondays 19.30 – 21.00 with Emma Pinchin and on Thursdays, a class for the over 50s, at 10.00 – 11.00 with Sue Read. The cost is £5 per session payable termly in advance.

Both classes are taught by qualified teachers and are open to people of all abilities.
